                                                       Production Line Worker

Tri-Pac, Inc. a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical marketers, is seeking an experience Production Line Worker for immediate addition to our fast growing team. 

Job Description: 

An entry level Production Line Worker will load, lift, move, and empty plastic bottles onto the production line. Line Workers assemble corrugated cartons with tape gun into boxes, operate production equipment, load cartons onto pallets, and label products as needed.  Operators maintain a clean working environment by performing various cleaning activities such as sweeping, wiping down equipment, straightening up and putting items away.

Responsibilities:

  • Lifts and carries bundles of corrugated cartons, plastic bottles, labels, and other raw materials to the production line.
  • Loads components onto conveyors keeping the production line full and running.
  • Operates the following equipment as needed; conveyor, labeler, bottle feeder, tape gun and other equipment as needed.
  • Work with Quality to ensure product meets quality standards.
  • Maintain housekeeping by keeping area clean & free of foreign components.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Constant interaction with a variety of chemicals and chemical products.
  • Work overtime when needed.
  • Accurate counting of components.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or (GED) Preferred.
  • Machine Operating, Manufacturing or Chemical Environment experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Adhere to work in accordance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations.
  • Basic math skills
