Information Technology Specialist
Tri-Pac, Inc., a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical marketers, is seeking an experienced IT Specialist. The position is in South Bend, Indiana.
Job Description:
The IT Specialist provides technical support and guidance to users and assists the IT Manager with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Help users with PC issues (keyboard, mouse, monitor, OS, uninterruptible power supplies and network wiring).
- Help users with standard applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, Share Point).
- Work with users remotely (quick assist/any desk).
- Address printer issues (jams, supplies, coordinating repair with Vendor).
- Assist users with remote desktop applications (SAP, Scan Guns).
- Assist IT Manager with PC/Phone/Camera/network issues.
- Cat6 cabling.
- Provision new PC’s for users.
- Re-Provision PC’s for new users.
- Search Cameras for issues at Management request.
- Maintain status (Vourne) boards (troubleshooting, updates).
- Assist IT Manager with Office 365 user management.
- Assist in setting access to the building.
- Conduct routine security Malware checks on all computers
- Manage the inventory of computers and assign asset Tag ID's.
- Manage the day-to-day computer issues.
- Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP, Salesforce, and Manufacturing experience a plus
GMP experience desired
